I could not be more excited for this Detox + Align Event! This will be at Wild Rose Park in West Des Moines, starting at 9 am. There will be about a 10 min educational session on the best ways to recognize the safety of your beauty routine. Bethany from Begin Again Yoga will be leading us in a yoga flow, followed by a chakra mediation by Nickole from BeWell BeHappy.

Following our yoga and meditation, we will be heading over to Perspire Sauna Studio for a 40 minute personalized sauna session in your own private room.

Fresh Cafe and Market and Batch Balanced will be outside of Perspire Sauna Studio for clean eating goodies from 10:30-noon!
